TÉCNICAS ELECTRÓNICAS Y COMPONENTES S.A., from now on TECSA, informs the users that it complies with the current data protection regulations, and especially with the Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, Law 34/2002.

In accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force, TECSA only collects the data strictly necessary to offer the services derived from its activity and other services and activities attributed by the Law.

This data protection policy may vary over time due to possible changes in legislation, jurisprudence or the criteria followed by the Spanish Data Protection Agency and/or the competent authority at any given time.
